Acoustic Fur 2016
When Meindertsma was
asked to demonstrate the qualities of Really textile board she chose to look at
the acoustic felt version of the material. The lightness and softness of this
material inspired a product where individual elements come together, en-masse,
to create a fur-like wallcovering. The individual strands can be freely moved around on a background of magnetic
wallpaper, allowing the user to play with the aesthetic and acoustic qualities
of the product and create their own installation.
