LUXURY OF THE NORTH 1/ Wild bone china
One of two projects for Drooglab inspired by a trip to the north of Canada.
Bone china is an invention that has always been closely related to the slaughterhouse because of the use of bone ash from farm animals. This Wild bone china is made with 60% boneash coming from roadkill from the Veluwe, a nature reserve in the Netherlands. The kadavers were left in the nature reserve and eaten by scavengers, the bones were all that is left.
